The Mission

VOITED came to us in 2018 as a new brand with a cool new product – a multi-use camping blanket. With a tight supply chain and great margins they were keen to ramp up quickly. They needed an international ecommerce presence and an efficient customer acquisition strategy.

The Strategy

From our first strategy session with the brand, we knew that a customer first approach was key. The first step was to define VOITED’s ideal customers using buyer personas.

We built the website in Shopify and drew on VOITED’s strong lifestyle and product imagery to appeal to the buyer personas and tell the product story.

To introduce VOITED’s unique product to a new audience we used highly targeted Facebook Ads. We built audiences around the buyer personas and set up a multi-tier remarketing strategy to turn first time visitors into customers.

The Mission

Wasted Talent are a multi-brand surf retailer with an online and a physical store. We were tasked with building them a new Shopify store and ramping up their ecommerce sales.

The Strategy

We knew that if we could help Wasted Talent deliver a great customer experience, their customer lifetime value would go up and we’d boost the bottom line by reducing the average cost per acquisition.

With over 2000 image heavy product pages, we needed to optimise images and focus on improving site speed. Nothing turns off shoppers faster than a slow site.

With product, brand and category pages all optimised for speed and search, we set up a broad audience customer acquisition strategy underpinned with automated retargeting. We also set up automated email flows including a 3-tiered abandoned basket flow.

The Results

Wasted Talent’s online revenue more than doubled in month 1 and by month 3 we achieved 4x their average monthly sales. And all at over 5x ROI.

The Mission

UPROAR is a startup Natural Mens Grooming & Skincare brand. The mission was to build a Shopify Store and get the business to the point where it was scalable and profitable

The Strategy

We based the strategy on our 4 key metrics – traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value. We knew that by getting these to a healthy point UPROAR would be in a place to scale.

People care what goes into these types of products and so we built long-form pages to explain in detail the benefits of natural ingredients. This helped boost the conversion rate and trust.

And trust is massive for a new brand and so a key objective was getting customer reviews. The response rate through our automated campaigns was one of the highest we’d seen – customers love the products!
